{"product_id":"1967-kustom-k-200-deluxe-figured-mapleglo-finish-100-original-super-nice","title":"1967 Kustom K-200 Deluxe Figured Mapleglo finish 100% original Super-nice!","description":"\u003cp\u003eLet me just say that I have a good deal of experience with vintage Kustom guitars and although I have had many seemingly 'early' examples of this short-lived production run (only 2 full years worth beginning in late 1967)  I don't know that I have ever seen an earlier date code than the ones on this K-200 Deluxe model.  As far was can be ascertained-this one dates to sometime just after September 1967.   The fit and finish on this guitar is really above-average and it is in remarkable condition.  It was produced at the original Kustom facility in Chanute Kansas U.S.A.  Draggin' Guitars has carefully inspected and fully verified the guitar's authenticity.  The guitar has been incredibly well-cared for and is in excellent condition.  It is 100% original, has been professionally set up and it needs nothing, it is ready to go.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe familiar double-cutaway silhouette features nicely contoured edges that provide an incredibly comfortable handling experience.  The finish is super clean with no complaints.  The body is a semi-hollow construction with \"Cat-Eye\" sound hole.  The wood appears to be Maple and it has a \"bookmatched\" grain top with nicely figured, tight grain.  The backside is just as clean as the front.  The neck joint is an excellent and clean fitment.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe neck itself is straight as arrow and super-smooth feeling. The neck has the typical Vintage Slim-C shape with a depth of .675\" at the 1st fret and .865\" at the 12th fret.  The nut measures 1.60\" wide.  The Original nickel Kluson Deluxe tuners function smoothly and hold tune perfectly.  The headstock and logo display excellent...just look at it.  The rosewood fingerboard is super clean and has a nice velvety soft feel.  The awesome Diamond pattern dot position markers radiate your target clearly.  The frets are near new-condition and have been professionally leveled, crowned and polished.  The action is set low for an easy and fast playing experience.  The string height measures .010\" at the 1st fret and a perfect .050\" at the 12th fret.  The guitar plays excellent up and down the fingerboard with an effortless and light touch!  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe original DeArmond Dynasonic pickups are the earlier style with the separate  adjusters.  They are in excellent condition with a strong signal.  The neck reads 11.24 ohms and the bridge reads 11.21 providing excellent balance.   The tone is exactly what you would expect: a HiFi sonic with glassy highs, massive low-end and articulate throughout.  They have the punch and the twang of a Telecaster on steroids.  No disappointments whatsoever.  The wiring harness is in excellent shape and the controls function smoothly and quietly.  The bridge is clean and in excellent condition with full-adjustability.  The pickguard is in excellent shape-as are the knobs and unique Kustom triangle level indicators.  The original Bigsby vibrato functions smoothly and provides the perfect anchor for this vintage guitar.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe guitar is incredibly lightweight and very fun to play.   It only weighs 7.31 lbs so you can forget all about shoulder pain or back nags!  This guitar is just so comfortable-it feels great on a strap or in your lap.  It is equally home on-stage, in the studio or any songwriting settings (except underwater, silly) and it really excels on the couch, thanks to the semi-hollowbody acoustic design.  I may be the one that excels on the couch, actually-nodoby takes my crown-but I digress...\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe original Kustom form-fit hard case is included for protection and added excitements.  \u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Kustom","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":48411044774113,"sku":null,"price":2750.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0700\/9294\/7681\/files\/IMG_20572.jpg?v=1779828318","url":"https:\/\/dragginguitars.com\/products\/1967-kustom-k-200-deluxe-figured-mapleglo-finish-100-original-super-nice","provider":"Draggin' Guitars","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
